Rebecca S. Trevillian
Rebecca S. Trevillian graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 2004, was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in December 2004, and has 18 years of experience related to family law cases. After her graduation from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Karen H. Abrams on the St. Mary’s County Circuit Court from August 2004 through August 2006. During her clerkship, Rebecca was exposed to many types of cases, but the majority of her time was spent focusing on assisting Judge Abrams in rendering decisions in divorce, child custody, child visitation, property, and child support cases.
Rebecca was a senior associate in an Annapolis law firm from August 2006 through July 2014, where her concentration was family law, including custody, divorce, visitation, child support, contempt, modification, separation agreement, prenuptial agreements, as well as protective orders. Rebecca is certified to mediate custody, visitation, child support, property, and alimony issues, and can provide mediation services for individuals as a cost-effective alternative to litigation.
Rebecca is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, and Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence, as well as a Court Approved Custody and Visitation Mediator for Anne Arundel and Howard County.
